Refund Policy

At Shredimals, every item is made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. Because each product is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference‑based reasons.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it at no cost:

  • Misprint or incorrect embroidery

  • Wrong item received

  • Damage during production or shipping

  • Major manufacturing defect

What We Require

To process a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the packing slip

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items without evidence of a production error

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Wrong size orders

  • “Changed my mind” or preference‑based returns

  • Sale items or limited drops

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled.
